prayers for the children

We always say, experience is life's most treasured lesson. Learn from experience. Ambil iktibar. Wake up call. and all those eye-opener phrases. But do we actually learn?

When something big and bad happens and many lives lost, it will get the widest coverage ever in the news. All sorts of people butt in and harp their stories and defenses. Historical facts and stories will be dug out, and people just can't stop talking about it.

Then, like the wind, the heat dies. It disappears. It is forgotten.

Until the next catastrophic event occurs again, au revoir.

We are the caliphs of the earth. We have the knowledge. We have the brain. But we are weak in enforcement. And we always follow the money. We are responsible for the nature, so whenever we don't take care of them, why do we think the nature won't get back at us?

Everything happens for a reason. We have to find it.
